Our Tidewater Chapter of USA Dance, Inc (Chapter #6008) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social and competitive ballroom dancing throughout the Southeastern Virginia Region. We are one of 150+ chapters of USA Dance, Inc whose international governing body is the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF), recognized by the International Olympic Committee.

But you don’t have to be an Olympian to enjoy our dances or to join our chapter! Far from it! Our attendees range from “just-want-to-see-what-it’s-like” to beginners to advanced and everything in between.

Our chapter is also famous for its multi-day New Year’s Eve Gala, featuring workshops, guest instructors, large social dances in a beautiful hotel ballroom, and offering competitive pricing for both our event and hotel guest rooms.
